Superhuman is expensive, fast and built for people whose work is partly surviving email. The interface has a slightly breathless ambition, but the speed is real and the shortcuts turn triage into a practiced skill. It is best for high-volume operators who want velocity and are willing to learn the instrument. Not everyone needs this much email; some people absolutely do.
